Sunny with bamboo flooring, upscale furnishings and modern appliances including 42' HDTV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Washer/Dryer and Barbeque. All dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils and linens (sheets, blankets and towels) are supplied.

Gorgeous private beach with drinks and food allowed. Take a long walk, do some crabbing in between rocks and enjoy the sun and breezes. Views of Block Island and just minutes to the ferry to get there. Enjoy daylight or nightlife in Newport (25 minutes away), Providence (40 minutes away) and Mystic, CT (50 minutes away.) The cottage is also within reasonable driving distance to Casinos and University of Rhode Island.

Great fishing and water sports -- it's a haven for surfers (watch them or join them!) Excellent area for walking, running, swimming and sightseeing.

Restaurants including the infamous Spain Restaurant are close by. Italian, Asian, Pubs, Bistros, Tapas, Hamburger Joints, Pizza, the infamous Coast Guard House, Breakfast Nooks and the best seafood the East Coast has to offer (Georges is a good choice among many.) Dough Boys and Clam Chowder right around the corner. Many other restaurants close by.

A barbeque is located on the home's roomy back patio with outdoor furniture. The yard is the largest in the village providing lots of room to enjoy the outdoors.
