Spectacular oceanfront views! Situated off scenic Ocean Road in Narragansett, sits this beautifully designed and decorated home with breathtaking ocean views from every room.
Featuring a living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, non-ducted central air, hardwood floors, and an additional loft space. The dining area and master bedroom (first floor) have sliding glass doors that open to the back deck. The bathroom (first floor) includes a standing shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen to then enjoy that meal in the adjoining dining room that seats 6, or cook out on the deck using the charcoal grill. Wake up to the sweet sounds of the ocean form the master bedroom that has a queen size bed, two night stands, dresser and closet. There is a contemporary spiral staircase that will lead you to the loft space that has a relaxing seating area, a queen size bed on one side and two twins on the other. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the fully enclosed, hot and cold outdoor shower.
Gather the family or friends and enjoy a refreshing cocktail and relax on the Adirondack chairs looking out into the horizon. For those morning birds, this is the ideal place to grab your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. You might even catch a group of surfers catching some waves!
Close to both Scarborough Beach, Sand Hill Cove Beaches and Camp Cronin. It is in walking distance to popular restaurants like Spain, Chair 5, Aunt Carries, and Iggy's.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Waking up every morning to the sunrise is a great way to start every day. Such a relaxing, beautiful environment. I stayed with my partner and my 2 older sons and there was plenty of room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does have air conditioning! Loved our stay and will definitely be back.
