Located at the entrance of the property, facing south, you will have a magnificent view of the countryside and the surrounding forests. The 100 m2 apartment includes a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a dining room (table and 6 chairs), a living room (2 leather armchairs of 3 and 2 places, an ottoman, a coffee table, flat screen TV TNT and satellite, WIFI). A master bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed. A room for three people (3 beds 90 * 190). A bathroom with sink and mirror, a large shower area, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A separate toilet. A closet (cleaning kit, table and iron). Possibility of loan of a baby bed and a high chair. In the garden area, tables and chairs, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue. Private parking.

Good value for money, large and spacious rooms. All amenities provided as stated. Very clean and comfortable. Slight problem with heating and the dishwasher did not work. The owner was very responsive and provide a new replacement Dishwasher and overcame the heating problem though it could be a little warmer for the time of year. Very good for excursions as it’s is in a reasonable position. Super U and Bakers about 10 minutes away.

Un joli coin pour visiter Tours et les châteaux

Un coin tranquille et très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et même faire une randonnée à cheval. Le seul hic c'est que l'appartement n'est pas climatisé et qu'il est nécessaire de ventiler en gardant les fenêtres ouvertes lors de temps chaud. Cela invite une panoplie d'insectes qui peuvent nuire à une bonne nuit de sommeil. A noter également que les draps et serviettes sont sujets à un supplément. Bref, un très beau séjour dans une belle région du Centre-Val-de-Loire.

Belle propriété bien équipée au calme avec un cadre agreable. Le salon de jardin permet de profiter de la vue extérieur. Cette location permet d'allier sorties culturelles et sportives avec la possibilité de faire sur place des balades à cheval. La piscine malgré qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée est un sérieux atout. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de nos demandes. De plus il est sympathique.

J'ai réservé ce séjour pour pouvoir allier équitation et télétravail à la campagne: pendant que ma fille profitait d'un stage d'équitation, j'ai pu pleinement travailler et bénéficier d'une bonne connexion wifi tout en profitant d'un paysage reposant. C'était super!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! le gîte est parfait pour découvrir la région (châteaux, zoo, Saumur, Chinon...). La location est très bien agencée, avec une piscine aussi. Gîte très propre, très bien conçu, moderne, spacieux, agréable à vivre, équipé de tout ce qu'il faut, même du petit essentiel en épicerie, café, torchons et produits de nettoyage, ce qui évite les bagages importants pour seulement quelques jours. Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, région très belle et localisation pratique pour rayonner en Touraine. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte, à fortiori pour qui aime les chevaux !
