This charming furnished 2BD/2BA town home is located all on one level on the first floor. Both bedrooms have attached full private bathrooms. LED flat panel television, wi-fi internet, large patio with furniture and nice weber grill on natural gas supply, full size washer and dryer in the unit. Community has two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, unit has it's own 1 car garage. 10 min (3.5 miles) to Del Mar Beaches and Powerhouse Park. 12 min (4 miles) to the Del Mar Racetrack. (1 mile) walk to award winning restaurants (Steak 48), bars, luxury movie theater, salons and grocery. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. Hope you enjoy our San Diego place like we did!
In the unique circumstance of a cancellation and dates are able to be re-rented and confirmed there may be a possibility of a partial refund depending on the amount of the new sale to re-rent dates. After a cancellation if we are able to re-rent dates for the same price or more based on the new number of people in the group, cancellations more than 6 months in advance of the arrival date result in an extra 15% cancellation charge. Cancellations that are re-rented more than 60 days before your arrival date result in a refund of up to 50% of the stay. For cancellations after 60 days before the arrival date all payments are non-refundable.

More than anything else, Willie was a fantastic host. What a wonderful person to deal with. Not that we needed anything but he was certainly more than ready to help. The condo itself was wonderful. Great location. We used the pool / hot tub daily. If I ever need a place in Del Mar, I will come back here. Thanks Willie!!!

We loved the Condo , the bed was very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the private patio to enjoy my morning coffee. It was a short drive to the beach which we walked every morning. Our 30 days went by to quickly! Will certainly be back next year. Thank you Will.

We are a couple and 2 adult children traveling to Del Mar for a wedding. Other relatives were staying in area as well. Great location to travel to beach, Torrey Pines Golf Course, hiking, shopping and short ride to airport. Amenities were nice and we all enjoyed the comforts of the rental property. Quiet area with nice people. The property manager (Willie) was a great help with anything we needed. We would love to stay at this property again in the future and would highly recommend this property for couples and small families.

This property has all the comforts of home and was perfect for us. My teenage son, husband, and I were here for a weeklong golf tournament. This property is a townhouse in a safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. We enjoyed its easy access to Torrey Pines, grocery stores (Jimbo's and Von's), and the beach in Del Mar. The barbecue helped provide our dinner beautifully each night. My men especially enjoyed the Smart TV after a long and sometimes brutal day on the golf course. I enjoyed the quaint, cozy patio each evening while cooking dinner with a glass of wine. There is a pool/hot tub area that we did not use, but is very nice. Willie was a pleasure to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied. We will probably return to San Diego next year and would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again.
