Calle del Sol Bajamar Apartment

Die Lage der Unterkunft eignet sich gut für Unternehmungen im Norden Teneriffas. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage direkt am Meer ist charmant, man hört das Meer 24/7 rauschen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Der Check in unkompliziert.

Wir haben uns leider die ganze Zeit über nicht richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist irgendwie ungemütlich - es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Möbel zusammengewürfelt, es ist kalt, dunkel, da natürlich kein Sonnenstrahl reinkommt (was man ja iwie auch vorher weiß…) wir glauben, eine Renovierung und ein paar neue Möbel würde der Wohnung sehr gut tun. Überrascht waren wir auch, in was für einem riesigen Gebäude sich das Apartment befindet. Allein der Weg dahin durch einen düsteren Gang trug schon nicht zu einem Urlaubsfeeling bei.

Top location for ocean lovers with a great view. In front of a natural pool with a direct access from the building. Nearby restaurants. Next convenience store is approx. 5 minutes away. Fast Internet (ca. 100 Mbps). Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for a short and pleasant stay (a kettle and kitchen towel would be a plus). Easy check-in and check-out.

In comparison with other apartments in Tenerife for same or cheaper price this one was in my opinion overpriced (around 70 € per night) because lack of maintenance (e.g. plaster hangs from the ceiling in the bathroom, some light switches not working, TV bracket loose, squeaking door to the storeroom, balcony wall crumbles) and partly aged interior. Thin walls.

+ amazing views. + very good wifi. + comfortable bed and blinds in the bedroom. + good shower. + they were quick to fix an issue i had.

- the house was very poorly equipped. basic stuff missing like toilet paper, trash bags, oil, condiments, coffee, washing powder. - the walls are thin so you'll hear the neighbours talk and watch TV. - wish they had given me more info about the building. there is a nice patio and also an outside gym, which i only found out about by accident on my last days.

Great location. Being so close to the wild sea was really nice, watching the waves (and surfers) from the window was amazing. Natural swimming pools were very cool. Much quieter than the south. Great walking in the Anaga mountains. Alex was really helpful, we had some travel problems and he was extremely communicative and accommodating.

No really a "didn't like", but you will probably want a car to be able to visit more places
