Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und unschlagbar! Meeresrauschen zu jeder Zeit und den Surfern beim Surfen zusehen :) Wundervoll ausgestattet!
Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt muss man damit rechnen, dass die Fenster durch Vögel und Meer verdreckt werden und die Aussicht nicht mehr komplett einwandfrei ist.

Die Obermieter waren etwas laut, Wasserschaden mit Schimmel an der Decke. Das elektrische Türschloss war etwas schwerfällig

The view is amazing. You have all the stuff you need in the apartment
Parking is limited, and in the evenings there was often a risk of not finding a spot. At times, we had to look for parking outside the property, but overall it was manageable

La vue de l'appartement
Appartement orienté plein nord avec très peu de soleil. Des travaux dans la rue donc du bruit. Appartement sans VMC Equipement de qualité médiocre. Tout est Ikéa.
