2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a secure gated complex with parking. Large communal pool and beautiful surrounding gardens. Air con/heating, ensuite in the main double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and washing machine. Private South facing balcony and modern furniture. This luxury apartment is fully furnished and equipped with added extras. Alarmed and bus stops and taxi rank only 2 mins walk away.
Across the road from the apartment is la fluente commercial centre which has a large selection of restaurants pubs and shops. Aldi is right across from there.. Mercadona shopping is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The bus stops to la Zenia boulevard and 3 blue flag beaches are 2/3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Las ramblas and Campamor golf courses are 5 minutes from the apartment.
There are beautiful canal walks 2/3 minutes walk from the apartment which are popular with walkers and cyclists.

Fantastic property! We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything you needed was there, the air con was a godsend 🔥Aldi supermarket just across the road and also an array of bars & restaurants. Canal is a lovely walk, we walked it several times to La Zenia boulevard to do some shopping and also to catch the bus for different days out. All in all an ecxellent stay, would recommend. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful two bed apartment absolutely spotlessly clean wirh nice poolnd close to bars and restaurants. Our only criticism is that the second bedroom didn't have air conditioning only a dyson heater/cooler which wasn't very effective and quite loud when trying to sleep. Aside from that would definitely stay here again.
