Well-maintained modern townhouse in Villamartin with 2 spacious terraces and plenty of privacy. Private parking spot and a swimming pool with a kids' pool in front of the house.
The house is located in Villa Martin, the most sought-after area of Orihuela Costa, with all amenities within walking distance and a 5-minute drive from four pristine sandy beaches; there are also three excellent golf courses in the area. The house features an open-plan living area with a well-equipped modern kitchen. The living room has air conditioning and infrared heating. The two double bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, walk-in showers, and built-in closets, are also equipped with air conditioning.There is a large 45-inch LED TV, and the peaceful property is centrally located in a secure community with a parking space in front of the house. A walk of less than 5 minutes takes you to La Fuente (a shopping center), where you’ll find excellent Spanish cafes with live music, dining options, a pharmacy, a bakery, and two supermarkets.

Fantastic!!
This villa is by far the best we have ever had in Spain, and we have stayed in quite a few.
The villa was spotlessly clean, a great location, exactly how the pictures show.
All communications with owner and also the manager of the property were responded very quickly.
We will book again!!

We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very nice and easily cooled down with the AC. The apartment was well equipped with sun chairs, kitchen supplies and towels. Great pool area. We would come back any Day.
