This tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom/2 bath, oceanside home is the perfect getaway for family, friends or couples! Located on a quiet cul de sac only a 5 minute walk to Bonnett Street Beach access (lifeguarded beach access), the location can't be beat! We manage and clean the home ourselves - you will not find a cleaner rental home! Kitchen recently updated with quartz countertops, marble backsplash + black stainless appliances. Our new outdoor shower is the perfect way to end your day on the beach. We are considered "oceanside" which does not require you to cross a major highway to access the beach.
Carolina Dreaming is only a block away from the new, 5 acre Dowdy Park! There is a great playground for kids, basketball, bocce ball and pickle ball courts. In the summer, Dowdy has been home to a weekly farmers/artisans market.
In addition to this great new park - we are within walking distance to Tortuga's Lie, Lucky 12 Tavern, Galaxy Mini Golf, Morningview Coffee Shop, The Spot Ice Cream, Nags Head YMCA, Waveriders Deli and of course, the BEACH!

Adam's love of real estate and Amanda's passion for antiquing and interior decorating, make them the perfect duo to manage a vacation rental home. Five star rating in every category! Amanda is easy to communicate with; the accommodations are very clean and welcoming; the location is perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful park. Also, all of Amanda’s recommendations for area eateries/attractions are spot on! We very much enjoyed our stay at this well stocked and appointed home. Our dog gives it 5 stars too.

This was the perfect house for our family of five, outfitted for a week of beach time. It was HOT a few of the days while we were here, but the AC kept us cool. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The street is a dead end, so it’s quiet, which is really nice. I was able to walk to Food Lion for little grocery purchases, and the beach wagon was a godsend for the short walks to the beach. There is also a farmers’ market on Thursday mornings about a block away. All in all, the owners are responsive, and it was a great vacation rental experience.
