About this house rental
Brand new construction in the heart of Nags Head, three blocks away from the ocean. Walk straight to public beach access. Walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee places, very close to groceries, some local shops, food places, and pizza. Very conveniently located for all landmarks of Outer Banks. A 5-minute car ride to Jockeys Ridge state park, Nags Heads Woods trails, Dowdy's Park playground and so much more.
House have two separate living spaces. First floor has a full bathroom , master queen bedroom and a living room with extra sleeping and a small kitchenette with full fridge. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with two full bathrooms, large kitchen , dinning room and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We provide some beach supplies: an umbrella, 4-6 beach chairs, body boards, an cooler and beach cart to get all your stuff to the beach.
We allow pets , with prior notification. An additional charge of $125/pet per stay will be added for the stay. Max Two dogs.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! Everything from the communication from the owner, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and the beds we are top notch!Hoping this house will become tradition for our family!

This house was lovely! Clean, updated and so convenient to everything! It was a very short walk/drive to the beach and they had everything you need, chairs, wagon etc! Olga was very communicative and helpful!

This property is a gem! We loved the layout and such cute decorations and decor - it all just felt new and fresh. Very clean! Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and other supplies. We appreciated the chocolates and bottles of water as well when we arrived. Our kids really enjoyed the boardgames and some Uno. The host was wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend!
