The backyard was very lovely
No complaints. It was higher then I’m use to however you wake up to deer and peacocks in your front yard so I imagine it’s reasonably priced for area

First time renting a vacation home.
I came from Alaska to help my mom.
First time renting a vacation home.
When I asked the owner Monica let us check in early.
The house was nice clean and spacious for our needs.
The lift chair for my elderly mom was wonderful bonus (as I didn't have to rent one) and the walk in showers were nice.
Great location close to the Medical center and hospital.
The Peacocks we saw in the yard was great.
Also my mom Had to have surgery and we asked for an extension on our stay.
Monica was nice and very friendly about it
She help me alot and answered all my questions.
I would definitely rent this place again.
Since I am only 5ft 1 and the washer and dryer were stacked. I had to get my very tall husband all to hit the start button on the dryer😅
The microwave/ cook oven was very small but heated water up nicely
My mom didn't like how master bathroom toilet was so close to the wall.
Other then that everything else was great.

Home was well maintained and spacious. Location was great. Loved watching the peacocks and peahens in the front lawn and around the neighborhood. Communication from host was prompt and courteous.

The first thing we noticed when we pulled up were the peacocks in the front yard!! The we noticed them all around the houses close to ours. The next day we seen deer just hanging out in people’s yards as well!! Such a cool little area to have been in. My family really thought it was so cool seeing the peacocks and hearing them caw.
Loved the location. It really worked out for us and our stay. Plenty of room for us while we were there. Everything was nice and clean. Quiet area as well. Big backyard.
I don’t have anything I didn’t like about the property. Very spacious for my family.
What I didn’t like was being contacted about the pet fee and the fee for my 9yr old son AFTER we checked out. They wanted money sent to them through their personal account. I wish it was all inclusive in the original fee. I understand now different locations do things differently. That’s my only complaint. Other than that we all absolutely loved it!!
