ładny i nowy apartament
1. Brak personelu, aby dostać się do mieszkania formularz który się otrzymuje wymusza na kliencie fotografowanie dowodów osobistych lub paszportów WSZYSTKICH osób z rezerwacji (w tym dzieci) oraz wykonywanie zdjęć twarzy i przesyłanie do bliżej niekreślonego systemu... jak tego nie zrobisz - nie masz kodu do drzwi. Musiałem się kontaktować z obsługą aby wytłumaczyć im że to niezgodne z przepisami hiszpańskimi. Cała rodzina czekała pod drzwiami pół godziny aż przyjdzie ktoś z obsługi. Nieakceptowalny chceck-in. 2. Pierwszy otrzymany kod do drzwi nie działał. 3. brak możliwości rozładowania samochodu pod budynkiem - nie ma żadnego miejsca na którym można stanąć choćby na kilka minut.
