Villa Sorelle

I really appreciated the refreshments and water prepared in the fridge — it was a very thoughtful touch. The location is also excellent, just a few steps from the beach, which is especially convenient when travelling with a person with a disability and two small children. I also loved the outdoor shower and water hose, which made it easy to rinse off sandy feet after coming back from the beach, or even take a quick shower on the terrace before going inside.

What I did not like was that, upon arrival, no one provided us with any information about how the villa works. Perhaps this was because it was our second stay, but after a year, I cannot be expected to remember everything. I was also disappointed that the air conditioning was not ready to use upon our arrival. I had to look around for a way to turn it on, and even then it did not work. To be fair, the owners arranged a service technician already the next day, which we appreciated. However, I still think that when someone rents out a house, they should make sure in advance that all essential equipment is working properly and regularly serviced. The frying pans were also quite scratched, so we did not feel comfortable making scrambled eggs and decided to boil the eggs in a pot instead. Another thing that disappointed me was the staircase safety issue. Last year, I already mentioned how dangerous it is for small children that there is no safety gate at the top of the stairs, even though there is one at the bottom. However, nobody seems to have taken the trouble to fix this. As a result, we were stressed every night, worrying that our children might fall down the stairs.

we liked the location everything around us is close, the beach was outstanding, the vila had everything we needed and the owner was lovely and helpful.

the mattress wasn't really comfortable.
