Plenty of hot water , fabulous A/C , fridge stocked with some provisions, pool cleaned , everywhere very clean , beds very comfortable , plenty of clothes storage , very prompt replies from the owner when questions asked.
The only negative points are ,
loud noise from neighbours at night , sometimes till 4am !
Maybe have a sign in all villas requesting quiet after 11pm?

I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the city center. The villa was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
A few small things could be improved, such as adding a vanity area in some bedrooms. We also experienced some noise from the neighbors during our stay, which was a little disturbing at times.

The Villa was fabulous, well equipped, clean, modern, comfortable, spacious for our family of 6, within walking distance to the beach, the strip, bars and restaurants
The pool was a great size with plenty of loungers for us all and towels provided
The dishwasher and washing machine were useful too
There was nothing to dislike about the Villa

Very clean villa, everything was in excellent condition. The distance to the beach and town is very close by foot. Customer service was excellent with quick response very polite. Would recommend definitely.
