Lothar was a wonderful host who answered my questions very quickly. Location is great in oldtown. There is no parking, which was unfortunate and unclear from previous conversations. A clean comfortable stay!

Highly recommend this listing. This apt is in an awesome location. The unit is safe, clean and very well stocked. It doesn’t have air conditioning but few places do and it’s cool enough, plus he has a powerful fan. Parking is off site but close and costs the same anywhere. The lower listing price offsets the parking cost. The only reason I gave this a 4 is that the checking process was a little frustrating. Lothar is very responsive but I think the time change and language difference made it challenging for me to fully understand. Once he clarifies it all was well. Overall great rental!

I had to stay in Osnabrück for a few weeks and rented this appartment. The owner is friendly and helpful and communication went smoothly. The location of the appartment is fantastic, within a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the historic center. The busstop is across the street, the bakery and supermarket are not much further.
The appartment is well furnished and contains everything you could wish for. The owner had managed to create a home away from home. If I come to Osnabrück again in the future, I will gladly rent this appartment again.
