Great location, good size
Getting the room key was like an escape room experience which I hadn’t signed up for. Staff in reception were totally unhelpful simply stating reception was closed

I was positively surprised by my stay at Bergmann. The room was generous with a very convenient kitchen, a cupboard to put all my stuff and a huge desk! I didn't meet staff while I was there (I went there on a bank holiday) but they called me beforehand to arrange check-in. Everything was great!
Collecting the key was slightly confusing but it all worked out within 15 minutes.

Good number of key cards.
very little glases, pots, pans, plates, etc. No way do darken the room at night, as the light was shining in from outside and the hallway all night long. no parkig on site. very expensive parking in public garage.
