Eenvoudige toegang, duidelijke communicatie, net appartement, schoon, prima bed en faciliteiten, prima locatie en uitermate betaalbaar. Zeer goed prijs- kwaliteitverhouding.
Er is geen persoonlijk contact met eigenaren/personeel. Alles loopt via app en sleutelkluisje.

frisches Design, super schallisolierte Fenster trotz belebter EG Lage, sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, tolle fussläufige Lage zur Altstadt
Fahrradunterstand nicht einzelnen Wohnungen zugeordnet, sondern für alle Mietparteien etwas unübersichtlich und unorganisiert. Küche etwas knapp bestückt. (Schüsseln,Kochwerkzeug), zweiter Schlüssel wär prima für 4 Erwachsene

Kaum Wasser zum duschen. Wasserzufuhr war wohl defekt, aber zum übernachten nicht geeignet. Konnten nicht richtig duschen. Eine Steckdose in der Küche war aus der Wand und somit Verletzungsgefahr, besonders für Kinder. WLAN ging leider auch nicht
