About this house rental

This spacious property is situated within the town of Ashbourne and sleeps up to six people, in three bedrooms.

Lion House is a large property situated within the town of Ashbourne. It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, sleeping up to six people. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting/dining room, a kitchen, a games room and a snug. Outside, there is one off-road parking space and a rear garden with furniture. Lion House is a superb base for enjoying a holiday at Southern end of the Peak District.

Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, games console, sound system, table football, selection of games and books, TV with Sky and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car (note that this is accessed over pavement with no dropped kerb). Rear garden area with furniture. No pets or smoking allowed. Pub within 0.1 miles, shop within 0.2 miles. High chair available on request. Note: garden divided into four areas at varying levels

Town: Ashbourne is a bustling market town at the southern end of the Peak District. Within the town centre you will find a number of Georgian buildings, as well as a selection of restaurants, pubs, convenience shops and outstanding antique shops. For outdoor pursuits there is the Peak District National Park, as well as the Dove and Manifold Valleys.
