Rentals are general from Saturday to Saturday, except for congresses or Film Festival.
You can however make a "special" request, I will study it carefully.

* Washing machine and several storage spaces.
* Dining area with table and chairs.
* Living room with two sofas, one with sofa bed for two adults, HDTV, high speed wifi internet connection, coffee table.
* Bay windows overlooking a large terrace of 15 M2, very beautiful view over roofs and hills. I / O exposure. Sunbath.
* Master bedroom with double bed, desk and bedside table.
* Bathroom with bath, sink, storage, hairdryer.
* Separate WC.
* Private garage.
* Internet wifi.
The apartment is rented with beds made on arrival, towels, linens.
You will be enchanted by this magnificent apartment and its geographical location.

The residence is guarded, the garage is in the basement.
The cleanliness is impeccable.
For your arrival I will welcome you and all the recommendations will be provided to you.
*** Deposit not required on site but MANDATORY on arrival, in the amount of € 200, returned on the day of departure.
*** Arrivals are until 8:00 p.m., however and depending on my availability I can welcome you until 11:00 p.m., an additional € 30.00 will be required, after 11:00 p.m .: € 50.00

- Emptied garbage cans.

If these positions are not filled, you will be charged a flat rate of € 50.
In case of individual departure you must turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating and close the shutters.
