Just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, and the beaches, it allows you to enjoy the city without a car. All essential shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank) are at the foot of the building, as well as an excellent Italian restaurant.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator to the 3rd floor; access to the top floor is via a staircase. Tastefully decorated throughout, it features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: microwave/oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishes, and utensils. The living room has a television, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the city. Air conditioning in the living room keeps the entire apartment cool, even on the hottest summer days.
