Beautiful apartment, great neighborhood, very safe for walking or biking. Aventura mall within walking distance. Turnberry Isle Country Club, with two 18 hole golf courses 5 minutes away. The condo was neat, clean and well stocked with dishes, towels etc. The decor was pleasant but the unit could use some updating.
We enjoyed the walking path across the street. The pool area was nice but crowded.
Parking was a non issue.

Juan Carlos is a wonderful host.
The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures.
Comfortable and equipped for move in condition.
Heating and air conditioning system worked well.
It was a pleasure to stay there.

The unit is showing advanced age.
The furniture was rather uncomfortable.
The kitchen was advertised as a full kitchen. It was not.
Small TV sets.
Owner responded quickly to our correspondence.
