About this villa rental
Magnificent luxury villa (April 2008), 10 pers. with heated swimming pool (7X4m) from May to October, built in the small village of Fitou. Backing onto the Corbières (name given to the terroir and the local vineyard), the village overlooks the pond of Leucate and the Mediterranean. From the villa, you will have a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and its coastline.
To help you discover this wine region, whether you are a walker, walker or more accomplished sportsman, hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding loops mark out the Corbières, distilling fabulous scents and music renewed each season.
The landlord pays for 43kWh of electricity per day. If the consumption exceeds this amount, it is the responsibility of the tenant.
Monthly rental possible (after All Saints' Day until March) for 1500 euros!! Pets allowed (access to the swimming pool is not allowed).
Room with Italian shower on the first floor: The green room on the first floor is equipped with a very spacious Italian shower.
A bright bathtub (red, blue, green, etc.) is at your disposal.
Not to mention, the view that will fascinate you.
It's a treat!
The petanque court.: Just behind the swimming pool.
After a sunny day, you can meet around a game of petanque while looking at the surprising view. Our animal friends are allowed except in the pool.
Room with Italian shower on the first floor: The green room on the first floor is equipped with a very spacious Italian shower.
A bright bathtub (red, blue, green, etc.) is at your disposal.

The villa and location are perfect, car advisable. View is fantastic. Very comfortable with many facilities. We have absolutely no negative comments. Even when we had an issue with the car which made leaving at the end of our stay difficult, owner was extremely accommodating. Thankyou.
