About this apartment rental
Here you will find your vacation home in the landscape protection area on the edge of the Dresdner Heide. The partially listed building was completely renovated in 2016 and equipped individually and modernly. With your separate guest access, private terrace and storage room for bicycles, you can relax after a shopping spree in the city. Children will find a small selection of toys and the forest with its streams, rivulets and the typical one right outside the door. In winter there are toboggan slopes just 100m from the apartment. Only 15 minutes from the trendy district of Dresden Neustadt you live quietly AND close to the city!
location
The Little Suites are only 7 km from downtown Dresden and can be easily reached by public transport. Here you are above the Blue Wonder in the residential area Weißer Hirsch.
Furnishing
You will find a living area with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Coffee machine, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator). In the bedroom you will find a double bed 180cmx200cm The daylight bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower.
The suite has its own terrace and separate entrance. The floor-to-ceiling windows give you a clear view of the green.
Outdoor area
All tenants can use the garden.
There is a bicycle storage room for your valuables, such as strollers or bicycles. There is also a washing machine in the basement for long stays.
Free parking is available in front of the Little Suites.
Direct neighborhood
Little Suites is located on the edge of a residential area on the Dresdner Heide. The forest begins immediately next to the property.
You can also have breakfast in the small restaurant next door. There are various bakeries nearby that also offer breakfast. You can also take advantage of our bread service.
There are several restaurants and beer gardens in the area. Lidl and Aldi are also less than 1000m away.

The Dresdner Heide invites you to go hiking and cycling. There are countless opportunities to be active here. Whether you visit the small reservoir in summer or go on a mushroom hike in autumn - boredom certainly does not arise.
Dresden city center can be reached in about 20 minutes by tram line 11. Here you can visit the old town, visit the numerous museums, go shopping or end the evening in the trendy district of Dresden's Neustadt.
Directions - by train
From Neustädter Bahnhof, take tram line 11 to the swimming pool Bühlau in 15-20 minutes and walk to your suite in about 10 minutes.
Directions - by car
If you come by car, do not be surprised at the entrance on the Nachtflügelweg - in fact you have to drive into the Dresdner Heide (follow the signs). Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the apartments.
Directions - by plane
The airport is about 20min. away. It is best to take a taxi from the airport and drive directly to us.

Schöne ebenerdige Apartments, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Optimal mit Hund, na geht aus die Türe und ist im Wald, lange Wanderwege 👍��. Bäcker oder Lidl oder Restaurant zu Fuss zu erreichen. Hatten Schlafzimmer Wohnküche mit Bad. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Nur kein Ofen ist drin, Herdplatten ja. Kühlschrank, Handtücher, Spülmaschine, Föhn waren da. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Man bekommt einen Tag zuvor den Schüssel (zugangsnummer) per email zu gesendet und offnet somit seine Apartment. Vor jeden Apartment ist eine kleine Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Die Hunde könnten mit den Nachbar Hunden spielen weil ringsum nochmal ein Zaun ist. Betten waren sehr angenehm zu schlafen.. Auch in den Gaststätte waren die Hunde sehr willkommen. Wir hatten bei unsern Ausflügen überall unsern Hund dabei nur in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel musste er nen Maulkorb tragen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die sächsische Schweiz Bastei, ca. 45mi.mit dem Auto, aber atemberaubende Ausblicke. Auch hier keine Probleme mit den Hund, habe auf einen groß Parkplatz dort ca 10 min entfernt gepackt (alles ausgeschildert) dort sind dann Busse die einen hoch fahren, da muss er kurz den Maulkorb dran machen wenn Kinder im Buss sich befinden. Dort steigt man aus und später nach Besichtigung auch wieder zurück. Der Buss fahrt ca alle 30 min. Dort ist auch ein Café und Restaurant und Souvenir Shop. Die Bastei ist kostenlos bis auf eine kleine Extra runde.... Wer keine Höhenangst hat sollte sich die paar Euro gönnen... Für Hunde eher eine Herausforderung, die Höhen.... Alles in allem, eine Reise wert... Klar wer das Haar in der Suppe sucht findet, es überall 🤪��...

es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr viel ruhe. die anderen Hundebesitzer, die zeitgleich da waren haben wir nicht gehört und es hat auch nicht gestört. Optimal für Hundebesitzer, direkt am Wald. Ausstattung top
