The spacious layout includes three livings areas, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dining table that seats 10 perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. There`s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The fully fenced yard includes a climbing wall and playhouse for the kids, and you can even bring your furry friend along for the trip. This home is perfect for a family summer holiday or for those visiting to attend one of Taupo`s many events. During the colder months, you`ll stay warm and cozy thanks to the two large heat pumps/air conditioners, one on each level of the home.

Linen and towels are included with the cleaning fee, so you can pack light and have more time to enjoy your vacation.
Important Notes:
The fireplace shown in photos is not operational, but heat pumps are available for your comfort.
This property includes internal stairs and may not be suitable for toddlers or guests with limited mobility. Families with young children should take care.
This is a family-oriented home and is not suitable for more than 6 adults. A surcharge applies for bookings of more than 8 people.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Second time we have stayed in this property While we love the space of the place to accommodate our large family, we thought this time the place was in need of a deep clean, ie down the back of the sofa etc. I am sure the house has been booked back to back throughout the holiday period so hopefully it was just due to this, however it was something we noticed this time.

Size of property was fantastic for large groups or familes, however we did find a large ant nest on the bench with the ant bait tube laying around in the kitchen (we had small children with us). And the kitchen was lacking items to make cooking easy spatular, cooking dish etc. With lots of space you would assume big families would be there to cook meals. The place overall was very clean.
