Being in the beautiful Lake district largely took away the shortfalls

All accept one Wardrobe was padlocked, Bedrooms were a bit small and there was not enough hot water for the shower with 5 persons - failed half way through the first 5 min shower.

Excellent

Beautiful lodge in a 5 star park, helped by the amazing creation surrounding it. Lodge is well equipped throughout, warm and comfortable. I have 2 less than positive observations, I trust the feedback is helpful: 1. Emptying bins and laundering beds is a tall order for a 10am exit especially for disabled guests. I would suggest this might be an ask for abled body guests rather than an expectation of all guests. Feels inherently discriminatory. Policies need to be viewed from the eyes of others. 2. Steps up to lodge are extremely steep so much so that my mobility impaired mother ended up on all 4’s trying to enter for the first time…we learned! The treads are above the legal threshold I suspect. I intentionally booked a lodge for ease of access. The steps to access should be clearly pointed out.

Great long weekend

The facilities were exceptional with plenty of space for a group booking. The dishwasher had broke the day were to arrive but was resolved and fixed before we got there. Had a great long weekend, was very relaxing in a beautiful lodge!

Peaceful haven and comfy lodge

Lodge clean, comfortable and spacious. Very peaceful. Great having a bath. Bar on the site very friendly. Felt very safe.

Neither heating nor fire would come on for our last day. Hadn't tried the fire until that point. It was cold inside and out, so we left a day early. Messages sent before we left via booking.com but no response.

It was a pleasant stay except for the part where I had to search for the property

Beautiful location and A near property

We checked in around 5 pm but the reception was closed by the time we reached and we had no idea where the lodge was inside the holiday park. We called the reception number and he also did not know about the lodge . I had no other contact number So I had to go search for the property one by one and finally found the property.

Very nice, pleasant, and relaxing. Would probably stay again.

Quiet location, close by several towns. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces next to the building staying in. Onsite laundromat, shame there wasn't dedicated washing machine or tumble dryer inside the cabin.

WiFi was flakey and support from the park and WiFi provider did not managed to get the issue fixed. This meant no WiFi for half the stay. Cleanliness could be a improved a very little bit by making sure things are vacuumed and swept more carefully. Found a piece of food under one of the sofas just when sitting down and odd bits here and there - otherwise suitably clean.

المكان عبارة عن منتجع يحتوي على عشرات الأكواخ وكل كوخ له ميزاته وموقعة المميز، يتضمن المنتجع على ملاعب أطفال ومسطحات خضراء بجانب النهر وإمكانية الجلوس في هذا المكان الجميل في كل وقت كما يحتوي على ملعب كرة قدم وبقالة صغيرة. بالنسبة للكوخ ،، جميل جداً يحتوي على ثلاث غرف نوم (صغيرة جداً) وصالة معقولة وطاولة طعام ومطبخ مجهز بكل الأدوات المطلوبة. المكان نظيف وأنيق ورائع ،، حلو للإسترخاء والإستجمام والروقان ، المفترض ما تطلع منه إلا للحاجة القصوى.

فقط الغرف صغيرة جداً ياليتها كانت أوسع شوي وإلا تكتمل جمالية الكوخ أيضاً بعض الأكواخ موقعها بجانب النهر يعتبر أجمل لكن بعضها ملكية خاصة لا تؤجر
