hotel MONday Kyoto Karasuma Nijo

This is already my second stay at this wonderful hotel, on account of an extended family matter. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated my repeated requests to extend my stay, even allowing me to keep the same room throughout. Cosy, clean room with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet, especially if you enjoy a Japanese breakfast. The location was perfect for me — just a few steps from the subway station, a large supermarket next door, and great restaurants and cafés nearby. I will very happily return!

Good facility, clean and relatively new. Small room but nice overall. Decent breakfast.

Not really close to pubblic services

The room was perfect for our family. The room was clean and having a full shower was fantastic!

The laundry facilities, although nice to have was somewhat inconvenient. The dryers do not work well...clothes were in over an hour and still damp. There is only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel and everyone was using them.

It has a great location, just two blocks away from the Asakusa train st, super easy to access. Walking distance from Senso-Ji temple (5 min walk)

The rooms are small but that’s how rooms are in japan. It has under the bed storage area for luggage.
