One of the nicest rentals in the area' , professionally cleaned, very comfortable, has a private entrance, outdoor furniture and umbrella,enclosed outside shower, storage area for bikes, etc., large living room with table for games, is family oriented, has plenty off site parking available, is a short walk to the beach, and boasts many other activities. This home is a great place to make family memories, a must see!
Close to library, enclosed playground, tennis, basketball & bacci courts, Baybeach w/ lifeguards and new playgrounds for kids. Bay piers for crabbing and fishing. Full boardwalk along ocean beach. Heritage Festival, Juried Arts and Crafter Show, Free summertime live music at the beautiful Bay beach Gazebo grounds and July 4th Fireworks over the Bay, Great restaurants, pizza, ice cream, coffee, bakeries ,and surf shops. Minutes to Island Beach State Park, Seaside Amusement Park, Jenkinson Water Park. There is always something to do or nothing at all!! Just relax and enjoy. Take in the sunset along the bay, or the sunrise by the ocean.

Great vacation, you can’t beat the location. That said, the house is in a bit of disrepair and needs a little love. Here’s the scoop, the outside shower is dirty, and needs to painted sooo badly. The shower head leaks horribly and the knob is broken. (I cut my hand on it) The deck is in desperate need of repair and resurfacing. The wooden bench on the deck is broken with exposed nails. You certainly could not sit on it. Halfway through the week the window flower box suddenly fell off the house as the bracket was completely rusted out. There is a 6’ piece of aluminum fascia hanging off the roof. (Right over my car) None of these issues had a significant impact on our “good time” but cumulatively not what you would expect from the on line description or the money spent. Once addressed, I would recommend this house without hesitation.

The location of this home is perfect for families with small children/grandchildren. The bay for crabbing, playground, etc is right across the street along with Lavallette evening activities such as outdoor movies. It’s a short walk to the beach or to shopping and restaurants. The house is large and easily accommodates families. Everything was in working order.
And above all else, the view from the upstairs deck was amazing.

This is a great house on the bay. It was clean, nice furniture and very spacious for family gathering. Perfect location for bay recreation . We launched our kayaks easily right across the street. This location has spectacular views of the sunset over Barnegat bay. Check with the owner beforehandregarding your linen sizes. I brought the wrong sized bedsheets.

The home is in a great location especially since we bring our kayaks to go out onto the bay. The house was clean and comfortable within walking distance to the town and beach. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. Will definitely love to return next summer!
