About this house rental
Location is everything and this house is perfectly located on the beachblock of Pennsylvania Ave! Perfect for families, this spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, and has a wonderful backyard that is perfect for outdoor dinners, hanging by the chiminea or for families with little ones, a safe place to ride their trikes or bikes! This home is clean and well cared for and gives off beachy vibes needed for a great week at the beach!
There is also an additional full bathroom with shower outside for rinsing off all the sand from the beach!
Just updated the bedrooms, new living room furniture, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and central air!
4 beach badges are also included.
Close to restaurants, the bay, shopping, grocery store and more!!
Many of our renters are repeat rentals and families that have been coming to Lavallette for decades. If you don’t know anything about the Jersey Shore, Lavallette is a family town between Seaside Park and Point Pleasant.
Bookings are Sat-Sat during the high season.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Lavallette beach home. The location is very convenient. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants with on property parking for three cars. During our week there was plenty of on street parking during the week days. The home is roomy and five of us had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is convenient for cooking and we used the breakfast nook every morning for breakfast. The dining room table fit five comfortably and could easily handle two more guests. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms in the house are clearly renovated and had proper water pressure. We were four women and one man and there was never an issue about using those two beautiful bathrooms.The patio is roomy and Cindy is correct. There is plenty of enclosed space for kids to play while you can easily watch them. This is a lovely beach house and you will not be disappointed with your rental.

Perfect location and lots of room. Spacious backyard for the kids to run around. Decorated nicely with top notch kitchen- spacious bathrooms, bedrooms. Living room and dining room well appointed.A 5 star stay.

More spacious than it appears. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the proximity to the beach especially for our grandchildren. Great host! Would definitely recommend

We did have a very nice time. However the house was not six houses from the beach. This needs to be corrected. It was more like 10 or 11. Even children noticed. However it was on ocean block. Also upstairs the air conditioners were loud and insufficient .
