About this house rental
Are you looking for a luxury retreat that fits your small group perfectly? We are offering a unique opportunity to experience luxury like none other on 30A without having to rent a very large and expensive home. Our Watersound Beach (south of 30A) attached 1 bedroom carriage house, private pool/spa, 2-story cabana, and summer kitchen, could be perfect for you. Our home is located in the private enclave of Watersound Peninsula.
The Peninsula provides privacy and serenity with walking and biking access to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside.
We have chosen to retain the larger home for our own use, but when we are not in the home we are inviting guests to rent the attached carriage house, pool/spa, and the entire outdoor furnished living areas. You will have it all to yourselves to enjoy!
Our property includes approximately 450 square ft of indoor living space with an additional 1152 sq ft of furnished outdoor living space. Outdoor living spaces include a full summer kitchen, dining area, 2 outdoor living rooms with each having its own large screen TV and fireplace.
The carriage house will sleep a total of 4 people. There is a queen bed with 9.5-foot doors that pull together to provide some privacy, a queen sleeper sofa, and a banquette that turns into a queen bed. There is a full kitchen in the studio (albeit compact) with a cooktop, under-counter refrigerator, convection oven/microwave, and dishwasher. The summer kitchen offers a second full-size kitchen including a large grill. Also, there is a full bath in the carriage house and another full bath in the pool dressing room/bath equipped with a washer and dryer.
The outdoor living spaces are truly spectacular featuring a large pool with an integrated spa! The pool and spa can be heated at a cost of $65 per day to cover the natural gas cost. Adjacent to the pool is a two-story 1152 sq ft cabana. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, grill, burners, dishwasher, and microwave. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware. You have everything that you need in the carriage house and the summer kitchen to prepare and feast on a gourmet meal. In addition to the summer kitchen, you will find a dining area and a full living room with a TV and fireplace. On the second floor, you will find another living area with a TV and fireplace. So, if part of your party wants to watch the football game, the teenagers want to watch a movie and the kids want to watch an animated series- no problem you have TVs and living spaces to please everyone!
The home is located in a gated, very private community on the south side of scenic 30-A with access to Camp Creek Lake, a rare coastal lake that feeds into the Gulf, just 300 feet away. The Watersound private beach is a 7-9 minute walk along a pedestrian-only boardwalk that is adjacent to the lake.

We had a great stay! Close to everything, including the beach! We loved riding our bikes on 30A and enjoying the outside area throughout the day. Our kids loved the pool and spent hours in there everyday! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house and peaceful beach. The beach is not crowded -which we love. The pool was so refreshing to come back to after a day at the beach. Great location to bike. Plenty of restaurants close by. The owners were so efficient getting back to us with questions or any needs. We had June grass for a few days, which is not fun but impossible to avoid, as there as no way of knowing when and how long it can last. When the eater is clear it is breathtaking. We love 30A, especially the Watersound community.

Everything with this house is exactly what we needed, from the location to the complete outdoor area. The private pool and outdoor kitchen offered a relaxing time if staying in. The pool house at this home offered a second bathroom to utilize. There is more than enough room for a family of four. This home is in the middle of everything on 30A which made biking or driving easy to each destination. Very quiet neighborhood with a lake overlook and short enjoyable walk to a private beach that isn’t overcrowded. Just across the lake there’s a community pool house with a fully equipped kitchen if planning an entire day at the beach.

Luxury is not enough to describe this home and its location, we will never forget this experience as it was peaceful and emotionally refreshing. Life makes us recharge at times but this home is so much more than a simple trip to Florida. This home is absolute bliss and we are very grateful to have shared your space if only momentarily.
