L'ingresso è di un vecchio palazzo abbastanza cupo e con molti materiali da pesca e frigoriferi ad occupare lo spazio del piano terra e del primo piano. Le scale non sono proprio agevoli e trovandosi al secondo piano senza ascensore può risultare impegnativo con le valige.
