Los Maites 2- Estudio

Ubicación fantástica. Limpieza adecuada, instalaciones completas y funcionales. Menaje abundante. El estudio se ubica en una comunidad situada a pié de playa, dispone de unas buenas piscinas, y a mano de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Disponer de parcela de parking es un plus importante, pues aparcar puede ser un auténtico problema en época estival. Se trata de un piso 12, lo que le proporciona unas vistas excelentes, tal como se aprecia en las fotos.

No es algo achacable al alojamiento, sino al entorno: puede llegar a resultar algo molesto en cuestión de ruido, por la ubicación cercana de la carretera y de una de calles principales. Como digo, nada que empañe el conjunto y es algo generalizado en zonas turísticas como Benalmádena.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed, especially traveling with a 1-year-old. The view was amazing right in front of the beach, overlooking both the mountains and the sea. Truly everything you would want to see on holiday. It was a lovely surprise to find a baby high chair available, as this wasn’t mentioned in the booking, and it was very useful for us. There were also complimentary snacks waiting for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing major just during a few rainy and colder days, there was some condensation on the windows when the heating was on, which made drying clothes a bit slower. With sunny weather, it was no issue at all.

It was a lovely studio. Perfectly situated for my needs.
