About this house rental
Beautiful 3250 sqft. house in sunny Huntington Beach for rent to make your vacation special and comfortable, just like home away from home!
The house is located in quiet, gated community with guard working 24/7 to ensure safe environment and eliminate uninvited guests.
The complex offers heated pool (8 ft deep) and hot jacuzzi with lounge chairs if you need a break from sand and the ocean.
Just minutes walk to the beach and close to downtown, pier, restaurants, stores and gyms.
House is fully equipped and furnished as it is our primary residence but we will be happy to share it all with you to make your vacation worry-free!
Master bedroom is very spacious with king size bed and office area, so if you have to work while surfing that would be your quiet spot to do so (printer available). Master bathroom with bathtub, his and hers sink and shower, walk in closet is right next to it.
Additional two bedrooms offer twin size bed with the trundle and twin over queen bunk bed with trundle to accommodate more guests. They share Jack and Jill bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.
Downstairs area is pretty open.
High ceiling in living room provides the space. Comfortable, huge sectional is perfect for your movie nights (we have included high speed internet, cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime service as well). There are also 3 fireplaces in the house but not needed in summer in California, you can take it outside instead to gather around the table with fire pit or sit on one of 3 balconies each on different side of the house.
Spacious kitchen offers everything you need. Pot, pans, silverware, plates, glasses and cups, awesome coffee maker to get you going for your morning beach run. Stainless steel refrigerator, 3 ovens, microwave and dishwasher is there for your needs.
Also since we have 3 children we made a heaven, play area in family room for kids. We have tons of toys, games, Wii U, TV, DVD player we can share with your family.
Outside patio has two tables and chairs and gas grill of course if you decide to stay home for BBQ plus gas fire pit with 4 chairs around it.
In 3 car garage available to use are 2 adult bikes , 4 kids bikes with helmets, 7 ft surfboard, 2 body boards, 3 kids scooters, 2 skate boards, 2 beach chairs with umbrella, 2 adult tennis rackets, 2 kids tennis rackets, all kinds of balls (soccer, volleyball, football) and even beach toys for kids.
Huntington Beach is the best place to live or spend vacation. Come and experience it yourself!
