About this house rental
Lovely single story 4 bedroom home with large back yard, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood, the house is one mile to the beach and 1.5 miles to downtown Huntington Beach restaurants and shopping. Because we live in our home part of the year, it is well equipped with everything you"ll need - lots of kitchen items (including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender), linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cruisers, beach blankets, cooler, etc. There is a gas grill in the back yard as well as new patio furniture. The house includes a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, and the fastest wifi available. There is also an attached 2-car garage.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own full bathroom with shower, dual sinks and two large closets. There is a TV in the master and sliding doors provide direct access to the back yard. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and large closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and large closet. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, a large closet, and can also serve as an office as there is a desk, office chair and printer.
The family room is just off the kitchen and includes a large leather sectional couch with sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is queen sized with a mattress that includes an inflatable topper so it is very comfortable - no bars across your back! The family room includes a gas fireplace and 55" flat screen TV.
The living and dining room are equipped with a lot of seating and 55" flat screen TV.
There is a hallway bath with a large shower.
We do not have central AC but there are ceiling fans in the family room, living room and master bedroom plus lots of windows throughout the house so it stays nice and cool with the help of the ocean breezes. We love our home and hope you will too.
We will be renting our home in increments of 31 days or more.
