My family and I really enjoyed the cabin; it was exactly as advertised. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again, we loved it!

Everything was clean. I think the ac worked a little to well lol. But all in all it was a fantastic stay. Although i wish i could get my blanket back i left there.

Rented this cabin for a girls get away and it was perfect! We made lots of memories on our short stay. The house was fully stocked with all that you would need for entertainment and just a good ole time. The cute town of Sylva with all you would need is just a few miles away with some great eateries and entertainment for the whole family. Like most have commented about the drive up it is approx half a mile up a mountain side so for us it was completely expected. It is steep, your breaks and transmission won’t appreciate it and you DO NOT want to be out after dark however if you are an experienced driver all this is manageable. If you want the views, you have to be elevated. Smaller vehicles are recommended however 4x4 will be needed in inclement weather and all of this is stated in the description. I definitely will be coming back! 💕

The house was fine, it was like the pictures. We rented this house through VRBO, I hate having to download an addional app to get into the house.
We reached put to Vacasa as soon as we arrived to ask about getting a door to the porch unlocked. The two glass doors to use to walk out onto the porch you see in the picture next to the fireplace are locked. Meaning you have to go out the front door and go all the way around the house to get to the hot tub.
When we called we were connected to corporate vacasa and we're told the "local" team would reach out to us. We were never contacted by the local team. Not to tell us yes or no, just radio silence. Also they had people come weedeat on Saturday morning and we were not told they were coming. We were woken up my the sound of the machines and the people coming up onto the porch to do whatever they were doing. The communication from Vacasa was terrible unless they were trying to get us to "rate" them. I would not recommend using Vacasa.
