Уютный отель расположен на 2-м этаже в ЖК Royal на проспекте Ч. Айтматова, где ощущается приток свежего воздуха со стороны гор . Магазины, рестораны и кофейня расположены в пешем доступности. Комфортный, чистый номер с санузлом.
Явных недостатков не заметил, район новый, пока ещё не полностью насыщен инфраструктурой.

Комплекс очень хорошо обустроен. Четкая команда персонала и смена белья 2 р за неделю. Все чисто и выглажено +уборка номера. На просьбы персонал тут же откликался и учитывали все пожелания. Рекомендую. Озеро чистое до него не больше 100м вход в озеро песочек! Вода великолепная! Спс за гостеприимство!
