    Nice for somewhere relaxing but hit away from the city so takes about an hour one way if you’re heading there. Facilities and everything is really nice tho! So depends what you wanna do

    Do not recommend this hotel. Started with our arrival, no help on the stairs with our bags. We had heavy bags we had to take out the taxi ourselves and up the stairs to to the hotel. Is this hotel 5 star?? The restaurant advertised on the internet that we wanted to visit was permanently closed (why wasn't this advertised). Some of the pools were closed too for maintenance, but luckily not the ones we wanted to use. Breakfast exceptionally expensive for what it is - 19,000 tenge each but some items are paid extra at the breakfast and they do not provide a barista coffee like many hotels would. Why pay so much for breakfast to make your own stale coffee out of a 10 year old machine. The food we ate was good but poor coffee and high price felt bad. They also do not let you use the pool on your checkout day? Our flight was 11pm so we were hoping to use the spa after check out. Instead they charge full price for spa access the day of your checkout?? This was frustrating, we either had to leave out bags in the hotel, which is an hour out of the centre, then traipse back to collect them again later, or go around town with large suitcases. No spa discount for hotel guests, poor service at the door, facility closures, expensive meals & no pool access after checkout. Absolutely wild.
