персонал, обслуживание. Ночью приехал не было никаких проблем. На ресепшне была девушка Ардак, могу ошибиться с именем, но она классная. Все что хотел по засилению, с документами за проживание отработала быстро и без лишних вопросов. Завтрак тоже классный и вкусный был.

This is a beautiful hotel with great mountain views. Rooms were massive with beautiful decor. Staff were friendly, food was excellent especially the adjoining restaurant and good value for money.
Hotel is away from Almaty centre (about 50 mins driving). The beds were too hard for me (although my room mate loved them)
