About this villa rental

A short distance from ice skating, sailing, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 19-minute drive to La Basilique Sainte Marie Madeleine de St-Maximin or the 33-minute drive to Montagne Sainte Victoire (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 2368-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player.

A living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace are featured at this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a jetted tub, along with a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

The house is in a lovely location and we really enjoyed our time her and had a lovely holiday. However,the house is tired and items in it are old. This is not a problem while you stay there and it adds to a homely feel. Unfortunately some deckchairs broke. I informed the owner. He has now taken 800 euro from me claiming the washing machine broke (we used it on the morning we left and it was fine- it was an old machine!) and the pool cover broke. No pictures or evidence of this has been supplied. I took out accidental damage insurance but now struggling to claim as there is no evidence of what is claimed to have broken and no receipt for the chairs replaced. This issue has tarnished what was a very good stay.
