We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true getaway. The interiors were stylish and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday!

The facilities were well equipped. Rooms were spacious and the house was as pictured. For us the city centre was in a walking distance. Nice sea views from the house. The plants around the house provide a nice secluded feel to your stay! Beaches, the farmers market and shops are just a short drive (or a bit longer walk) away. The area around the house is worth the walk, we found nice pathways to enjoy the magical views.
The owner was easy to reach and was in every way accomodating.
The house next door was also a rental and the company staying there was having parties almost every night. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything! Happily enaugh we had different time schedules at daytime and they turned the music down (at 5AM) when we asked.

the pool was great and it was cleaned regularly.
The villa is neglected.
The umbrella was torn, the floors in the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the kitchen was dirty as well. The sun loungers were also dirty.
There was enough tableware, but some of it was very old and not functional.
The toilet flush button was sticking, and both the hairdryer and iron were dirty.
The internet did not work on the second floor.
The sound insulation was very poor.
Also, during the first few days, the owner was not responsive at all, so we had to deal with everything ourselves. Later the communication improved, but by then it was no longer really needed.
On the very first night, we could not sleep because of a party at the neighboring villa.
