2km from the center of Grau d'Agde (market, shops) and 4kms from Cap-d'Agde (leisure islands, aqualand).
Gd Studio 40m2, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, washing machine, multi-micro, plates, small electro).
Main room with 1 sofa bed + TV + air conditioning + free Wi-Fi + tables + chairs.
A mezzanine with 1 double bed
S-d-b. with shower + toilet.
Sheets, pillows, towels INCLUDED.
Private garden, fully enclosed and planted with 40m2, without vis-à-vis, electric barbecue, deck chairs, tables, chairs.
Private courtyard (closed) and secure for 2 cars in front of the door.
We accept small dogs, with supplements (3 € / day / animal), donated to an animal welfare association.
An inventory will be filled upon your arrival.
Concerning the household, you will have the choice:
- be clean as on your arrival (inventory) = no extra charge.
- do not do the cleaning = 50 € package.

On a passer un très bon moment dans ce studio. Tout était conforme à la description. Garer la voiture dans la Cour fermée était vraiment très appréciable.

Très bien amenagé - calme et bien equippé. Super petit jardin privé. La seule chose que je dois dire c'est que la mezzanine est très proche du plafond et on ne peut pas se tenir debout. Donc on a couché en bas - mais le clic clac est bien confortable!
