Très bel appartement, très propre et décoré avec goût, au calme, climatisé, et idéalement situé. C'est simple, vous posez votre véhicule et tout peut se faire à vélo (deux minutes pour atteindre la plage la plus proche, cinq minutes pour rejoindre le centre-ville du Grau d'Agde, etc...)
Cet appartement est équipé, rien de manque : du grille-pain au lave-vaisselle, de la TV à la Tassimo...)
Très bon accueil de la part des hôtes. Piscine superbe, régulièrement nettoyée etc...
Le petit plus sympa : le propriétaire vous laisse la possibilité de garer votre véhicule sous un appentis, pour le protéger de la chaleur.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Ein super ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles äußerst ordentlich und sauber. Alles funktionier super. Die Fotos zeigen genau das, was einen erwartet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. So muss ein Ferienhaus sein.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances!! Tout est réuni : villa très bien équipée, environnement très calme, une belle piscine, la mer très proche...et en plus des hôtes d'un accueil des plus chaleureux. Disponibilité et discrétion sont réunis. Nous vous remercions pour les moments que nous avons partagé avec vous autour d'une grosse sardine notamment, avec ce soir là votre fils Enzo au meilleur de sa forme!! C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendront partager avec vous d'autres moments dans ce cadre idéal. Laurent et Veronique

nous avons passé une trop courte semaine avec des hôtes discrets, sympatiques et accueillants; tout était exactement conforme à ce que l'on découvre sur le site internet: villa agréable et décorée avec goût ; le jardin privatif qui entraîne au farniente, et aux soirées douces, coin piscine aménagé aussi bien pour les adeptes du bronage que pour les amateurs d'ombre; tout estconçu pour un séjour de détente. En prime vous rencontrerez un petit garçon espiègle aussi discret que ses parents et d'une politesse rare. N'hésitez pas à aller dans cette villa vous ne le regretterez pas.Vous pourréz en prime visiter des villagesplein de charme et d'histoire.
