    The air conditioning did not work properly, and we could not sleep one night. My kids cried throughout the night because of the uncomfortable room temperature. Parking is available, but the spaces are extremely limited. Unfortunately, the staff were not cooperative or helpful when we raised our concerns. Additionally, after using the bathroom supplies provided by the hotel, we experienced itching all over our bodies. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
