Su cercanía a los sitios de interés. Aire acondicionado.
Aunque el apartamento no está escondido cuesta dar con la puerta. Tiene escaleras y si vas cargado puede ser incómodo.

Petit appartement bien équipé, très propre, situé dans un quartier agréable. Même si le logement ne comporte pas de parking dédié, il est aisé de se garer dans le quartier. Conciergerie très attentive aux sollicitations.

A localização é ótima, os ítens de cozinha tem o que precisávamos. As camas são confortáveis e as peças tem tamanhos bons.
Há um vazamento em um dos box e a ducha não fica estável no pedestal precisando segurar em alguns momentos. Por ficar algum tempo fechado o local fica com cheiro ruim. Sofá mais velho e mais sujo que na foto. Por algum motivo não conseguimos usar o microonda e não tivemos suporte adequado.
