I could clue you in to all the good...spacious, clean, the patio, close to metro, restaurants, walkable. But then it would be booked when I need to come back. So in naked self interest, I'll tell you nothing. It's on floor one (in europe thats 2nd floor) but there is a small elevator.
The nearby metro takes the kids to and from school so sometimes it can get noisy. There's a learning curve on the lockbox and the patio but easily figured out.

The property is very accessible to bus,tram as it is just in front of the accommodation,there is a convenience store downstairs as well.Shops like Lidl is 11mins walk,there is another Lidl,Mercadonia,Aldi,Mc Donalds,KFC 25mins walk or 5mins drive.You can walk to town 35mins or take a ride bus or tram.The property itself is clean,with a nice view.This place is highly recommended👌
There is ongoing construction but it didnt bother us.We have some queries and the host/agent responded well.

Perfecte locatie bij de metro en op loopafstand naar het centrum van Porto.
Er werd onderhoud gepleegd aan het gebouw en we werden opgeschrikt door bouwvakkers op het terras die een steiger bouwden op ons terras. De verhuurder deed niks! (Booking.com heeft het netjes afgehandeld nadat we ook bij hun klaagden). De inrichting was matig.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e confortável. No entanto, como estava um pouco frio, sentimos falta de um aquecimento central (calefação), embora houvesse aquecedores elétricos nos quartos. Outras duas questões que incomodaram foram a falta de estacionamento e a água quente que acabava à noite. Mas de modo geral a acomodação foi boa e atendeu as nossas expectativas.
