Excellent location, very clean, very quiet
Room lighting: no lamps, no ambient lighting, either all wall lights on or dark with little task light next to bed. Dreary decor.

The hotel was clean
No tea or coffee making facilities. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't turn off and was very noisy. A lot of traffic noise fun the street. Very bright in room even with lights off.
