Lo mejor, sin duda, la ubicación. A pocos metros de la Plaza Mayor.
Podría mejorar la limpieza (la ducha estaba atascada debido a la suciedad) y el estado del mobiliario (los estores estaban en mal estado al igual que algunas puertas).

Apartamento muy cómodo para moverte por Ourense, justo en el centro de la ciudad. Limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para estar muy agusto

Está céntrico al lado de la plaza Mayor. La televisión enorme.
Tiene algún desperfecto, alguna luz fundida, puerta del baño que corre mal y camas individuales incómodas por colchón blando. La habitación que da a la calle se oye ruido al ser calle peatonal y un primero. La pantalla del aire acondicionado rota.
