Simplemente espectacular, el apartamento tipo dúplex está totalmente equipado, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo aunque la calle estaba en obras en ese momento. Tiene parking que hay que reservar. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, baños grandes. Muy buena opción para tenerla de base para conocer Ourense.

O apartamento é lindíssimo, muito cômodo, com tudo que precisávamos. Pude até lavar roupa e secar . A localização tb é muito boa

O apartamento é excelente, espaçoso, limpo, muito bem localizado (perto do centro histórico mas com ladeiras, o que é comum em Ourense). Nós ficamos no 2⁰andar e reservamos uma vaga na garagem, que foi fundamental pois só há 3 vagas disponíveis no prédio. Um ponto positivo, também, foi a máquina de lavar e secar que há no imóvel.
Talvez seja algo pessoal, mas como não somos muito tecnológicos, não gostei de "receber" a chave através de um aplicativo no celular. Como não tivemos sucesso com a App, o proprietário nos passou outra forma de abrir a garagem e o apartamento. Estivemos no imóvel de 16 a 18 de Maio e a rua onde se encontra está completamente em obras, o que gerou uma enorme confusão para acessar o mesmo (tivemos que acessar pela contra mão, infelizmente).
