Everything was wonderful! We were right in the heart of Ourense within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a local park. Fabiola gave us very precise directions so that we could maneuver through the pedestrian walkways and we made it to the parking garage without a hitch. She was always available for questions and gave us some great suggestions. The apartment itself was beautiful - very simplistic and modern but keeping with the charm of the older building and we loved the small balconies. We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of space for us to relax together comfortably. We received a nice bottle of wine and chocolates with a note and it made for a very warm stay. Overall, this is an absolutely perfect place to stay because of its location, the amenities and the amazing customer service we received from Fabiola.

Very comfortable apartment with garage underneath in a convenient location. The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful.
There is currently building work in the area, although with windows closed you can’t hear anything.
