I’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals around the world over the past 20 years, and I can confidently say that Morar in Ourense stands at the very top of the list — if not the single best experience overall. Everything about this property radiates quality: the thoughtful design, the solid and elegant building right in the heart of Ourense, the perfect blend of comfort, technology, and style. From check-in to check-out, every detail has clearly been planned with care and precision. As someone who’s been a Superhost on Airbnb for six consecutive years, I understand exactly what it takes to create a truly exceptional stay — and I have to take my hat off to the Morar team. They’ve managed to elevate the concept of short-term rentals to another level entirely. The service is impeccable, the staff attentive and genuinely kind, and every part of the building feels brand new, spotless, and fresh — even the parking garage has a pleasant scent! I especially loved how seamlessly everything worked: quick access to the building and apartment directly from your phone, hassle-free parking, and the sense of calm and refinement everywhere you go. Simply put, Morar sets a new benchmark for vacation rentals. Ourense is lucky to have such a gem. I’ll absolutely be returning — and when I do, there’s no question I’ll be staying only at Morar.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations and provided a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The apartment is perfectly located in the downtown area, making it extremely convenient to explore the city on foot. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment is remarkably quiet, offering a peaceful environment ideal for both relaxing and sleeping. One of the great advantages is the private garage, which made parking incredibly easy and secure. Access to the building and apartment is modern and seamless, with a fully digital and remote entry and exit system that works flawlessly and adds an extra level of convenience and security. The apartment itself is brand new and beautifully designed, with a modern and luxurious feel throughout. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered. The living spaces are elegant, comfortable, and very well equipped, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The kitchen is outstanding and fully equipped with everything one might need. It includes high-quality appliances, a coffee machine, tea facilities, and all the utensils required for cooking. As a lovely touch, a complimentary bottle of wine was waiting on arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The bedrooms are excellent, spacious, and designed for maximum comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable, with five-star quality mattresses and high-quality linens that ensure a perfect night's sleep. The overall comfort level of the apartment is truly remarkable. Climate control is also superb, with efficient air conditioning and heated floors that make the apartment comfortable in any season. The lighting system, with modern LED lights, adds to the elegant and relaxing ambiance throughout the space. Cleanliness deserves special mention: the apartment was spotless upon arrival and clearly maintained to a very high standard.

It was beautiful inside and right in the heart of the city. We just simply went out the door and were right where we needed to be.

The entrance to the parking area is tough to get in and you must drive on the pedestrian street to access garbage making it a challenge to come and go easily especially in Holiday crowds.

The bed was insanely comfortable. Overall amazing place to stay, will stay there again!
