For two people, this charming apartment, completely restored in 2013, is located in the heart of the old main building of Gressac.
It is accessed from a patio and then by a stone staircase.
The cottage includes a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with its shower room and a terrace accessible from the bedroom or the kitchen. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the La Cèze river and the village of Cornillon in the distance.
The landscape, nature have also been protected and highlighted in this timeless place: you can relax in a calm, relaxing environment and live an exceptional experience by discovering the trades of wine and equine breeding in an authentic exploitation.
You can also relax and cool off in the swimming pool located a few meters from the cottages.

Kitchen - Dining room: Fully equipped. Sink. A 4 induction hob. An electric oven, a microwave oven. An electric plancha. A fridge with freezer compartment. A dishwasher. A table with two chairs. Access to a terrace with a very nice view of the “La Cèze” river.
Living room: Two 2 seater sofas. A coffee table. A television. DVD player. Radio Hifi Mp3. Wireless
Bedroom: A 180 bed (180X200 Swissflex). A wardrobe - closet. Access to a terrace with a very nice view of the “La Cèze” river.
A bathroom: An Alessi basin, a walk-in shower. An integrated WC.
To note :
To reach the entrance of the gîte which is located on the 1st floor, you will have to climb a dozen stone steps. The rooms are all located on the same level.

Laundry room: A sink. A washing machine.
The exterior:
Land: Very large: 115 hectares in one piece of vines, land and wood in the "Natura 2000" area. You can walk, cycle, hike on the many paths of the property. You will be close to the private beach in the domain bordering the river "la Cèze".
Terrace: A table, four chairs, a parasol, two deckchairs. Access to the kitchen - dining room and to the bedroom.
Swimming pool: Located in front of the gîte. Overflow. Secured by fence. To share. Dimensions: 15 m X 5 m. Depth: 0 m 30 X 1 m 70 with beautiful and large submerged beach. Fourteen sunbathings and deckchairs. Parasols.
Beach by the river: Private on the estate. On the edge of the property. Located about 1 km from the cottage. Accessible on foot, by bike or by car via a private road.
If you wish, you can use the bikes available at the gîte to get to the river.
To note :
Wifi access to the swimming pool and to the garden.
On the estate (115 hectares in one piece) are located: the wine cellar and its cellar, four lodgings for 2 and 4 people, adjoining the cellar and further our home.
An independent mazet is also rented seasonally for 4 people: it is located 1 km from the estate in the woods.
The harvest is done in September and generates activity around the cellar (comings and goings of the employees of the domain early in the morning and in the day). Agricultural activity continues throughout the year. The swimming pool will be shared with vacationers on the property.
During your walks on the property's paths, you may come across some of the domain's employees, the grape pickers in the fall, our two dogs (very sociable).
PRE (Pure Race Spanish) breeding horses are also present on the estate in their enclosure.

Programmation pour un anniversaire de mariage d'un petit séjour à Gressac au mois de Septembre. merci pour l'accueil et les batiments sont exceptionnels (belle initiative des proprietaires de rester dans l'authentique). dégustation de vin Bio. Le gîte est très confortable, décoré avec goût, l'environnement calme et la vue magnifique. Pour les personnes aimant les ballades et la nature tout est fait pour .
Une amie m'en avait fait les eloges et elle n'a pas eu tort. vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter . merci beaucoup à Laurence et Reto

J'ai séjourné quelques jours à Gressac la semaine dernière. la démarche des propriétaires a été respectueuse des magnifiques bâtiments qu'ils ont restaurés, du vignoble Bio qu'ils ont repris. Le gîte est très confortable, décoré avec goût, l'environnement calme et la vue magnifique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les chemins de promenade, qu'on peut emprunter à cheval, en VTT ou tout simplement à pieds !
L'accueil de Laurence et Reto est chaleureux et ils prennent grand plaisir à expliquer leur démarche pour produire du vin nature, élever des chevaux espagnols, et faire vivre ce bel endroit. N'hésitez pas une seconde, cet endroit est vraiment idéal pour des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes
