House of 100 m2 including a living room of 53 m2 with lounge (recent LED TV, WIFI) and kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), 2 bedrooms with bed 140 + 1 bedroom with bunk bed 140 + bed 90, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with Italian shower 2 people and 1 washing machine.
Optional cleaning at 100 € extra.
Nearby: swimming in the river (Labeaume and Chassezac), Old Joyeuse walkable, Wednesday morning market and night market on Sunday evening, walks, canoe rentals and just 20 minutes from the gorges of the Ardeche. * Attention city tax is 1 € / night / person over 18 * to be paid when booking on the site.
